Job Description

We are looking for a dedicated and compassionate Support Worker to join our team in Midlothian. As a Support Worker, you will be responsible for providing high-quality care and support to individuals with varying needs.

Our service operates in both Loanhead and Dalkeith, offering two full-time and one part-time contract available - Female Only**.

The successful candidate will have the opportunity to work with a diverse range of people, including those with Dysphasia, and will be expected to provide individualized care and maintain appropriate relationships.

You will be working as part of an effective and efficient team to support vulnerable people, communicating and working well with colleagues and supported individuals.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Supporting individuals throughout activities, providing positive feedback and encouragement.
  • Updating and maintaining accurate records using a tablet on Arks Information Management system.

We offer a range of benefits, including:
