Commercial Quantity Surveyor

Our company is seeking an experienced Senior Quantity Surveyor to join our team in a commercial and contractual capacity. This role offers the opportunity to work on a variety of projects across Ireland, the UK, Germany, Denmark, and Sweden.
The ideal candidate will have a strong background in construction economics and quantity surveying, with a minimum of 5 years' experience working as a project QS. They should also possess excellent oral and written communication skills, as well as a high level of attention to detail.
As a Senior Quantity Surveyor, you will be responsible for managing and owning the commercial and contractual requirements through the life cycle of the project. This will include responsibility for interface client commercial/contract team, project procurement, cost and risk analysis, and management of commercial aspects of subcontractors.
