Main Responsibilities- Operational Excellence: Direct the day-to-day operations of a fast-paced GastroBar and restaurant, ensuring strict compliance with health, safety, and sanitation regulations.
- Team Leadership: Recruit, train, mentor, and supervise a diverse team of bartenders and servers.
- Customer Experience: Uphold high standards of customer service by addressing feedback and resolving issues promptly.
- Financial Management: Analyze sales reports and operational data to identify areas for cost savings and revenue growth.
- Marketing and Events: Collaborate with the marketing team to promote private dining, special events, and themed/seasonal events.
- Facility Management: Oversee security, maintenance, and cleanliness of the restaurant and bar areas.
- A Bachelor's degree in hospitality management, business administration, or a related field (desirable).
- A minimum of 3 years' experience in GastroBar/Restaurant management, including at least 2 years in an Operations Manager role.
