Product Development Engineer Role

We are looking for an experienced Product Development Engineer to lead the design, development, and optimization of medical devices for individuals with tinnitus.

This role involves working closely with cross-functional teams to ensure the successful execution of product development deliverables, meeting regulatory requirements, and maintaining quality standards.

Key Responsibilities:
  1. Design, develop, and optimize medical devices for tinnitus treatment, including both hardware and software components.
  2. Collaborate with Operations, QA/RA, Technical Support, and Commercial teams to ensure smooth product development and compliance with industry standards.
  3. Partner with the Product Manager to define product strategies and requirements, ensuring alignment with business goals and market needs.
  4. Conduct technical requirements, feasibility studies, and develop design inputs for new products.
  5. Develop embedded systems, firmware, and software for seamless integration into the medical device.
  6. Perform risk assessments and create product development documentation, including DHF and technical files.
  7. Work with product development and manufacturing teams to optimize designs for production and scalability.
  8. Manage the product development lifecycle to ensure timely delivery and regulatory compliance.
  9. Provide technical support during design reviews, prototype testing, and product lifecycle.
  10. Troubleshoot and resolve product-related issues in development and post-market stages.
