Job Title: Senior Construction Project Manager

  • Coordinate and monitor construction activities to ensure timely project delivery.
  • Review drawings, specifications, and work requirements for accuracy and compliance.
  • Liaise with the design team to ensure works are completed according to programme.
  • Oversee a portfolio of commercial and high-rise residential developments across Dublin.
  • Manage project budgets, ensuring cost-effectiveness and value for money.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Direct and manage site staff, subcontractors, and personnel to achieve project objectives.
  • Monitor quality of work and coordinate with Projects Manager, Site Engineers, and Service Coordinators to ensure all stakeholders have accurate and timely information.
  • Manage multiple subcontractors simultaneously, ensuring efficient and effective project delivery.
  • Update project programmes and schedules as required, ensuring deadlines are met.

Requirements:

  • Degree in Construction Management or similar (Third level qualification) is essential.
  • A minimum of 5 years' experience as a Contracts Manager with a Main Contractor or Property Developer in Dublin.
  • Proven record of overseeing projects valued over €5M from inception to completion.
  • Background in engineering is desirable.
