**About the Role:**

We are seeking a highly skilled Store Manager to lead our new store in Tallaght, Co. Dublin. As a Store Manager, you will be responsible for driving sales growth, leading a high-performing team and delivering exceptional customer experiences.

**Responsibilities:**

  • Drive sales growth through effective inventory management, merchandising and visual displays.
  • Lead and develop a high-performing team of sales associates, ensuring they have the skills and knowledge to deliver outstanding customer service.
  • Maintain a clean and organized store environment, adhering to company standards.
  • Implement sales promotions and visual displays to drive sales and increase customer engagement.

**Requirements:**

  • Previous retail management experience is essential, preferably in the fashion or jewellery industry.
  • Strong leadership and communication skills, with the ability to motivate and develop a team.
  • Excellent customer service skills, with a focus on delivering outstanding customer experiences.
  • Ability to work flexibly, including weekends and holidays.
