Lead Collections Specialist

Accountancy Business is seeking an experienced collections specialist to lead their team in Dublin.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Manage and develop a team responsible for cash and collections.
  • Deliver monthly targets and key performance indicators.
  • Act as a liaison between finance, operations, and internal stakeholders.
  • Streamline workflows and implement process improvements.
  • Handle escalations for complex billing scenarios and client requests.
  • Support compliance with internal policies and financial controls.
  • Analyse data, prepare reports, and drive action plans to improve results.
Requirements:
  • Minimum 4 years experience in collections.
  • Strong leadership and team management skills.
  • Excellent communication and stakeholder engagement abilities.
  • Hands-on experience with financial systems.
  • Strong analytical and reporting skills.
  • Knowledge of VAT and billing compliance standards.
