Job Overview

We are seeking a skilled Power Business Intelligence Developer to join our Business Information Systems (BIS) team. This individual will play a crucial role in designing, developing, and supporting dashboards across Finance, HR, Payroll, and internal service management.

The successful candidate will be responsible for integrating data from various sources, including ERP systems, HR/Payroll, and OData/ODBC feeds. Strong skills in DAX, Power Query, and Power BI data modeling are essential for this position.

This is an exciting opportunity to work with a dynamic team and contribute to the development of business analytics solutions that drive informed decision-making.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Design and maintain Power BI dashboards for Finance, HR, and Payroll.
  • Integrate data from NetSuite, SAP, Topdesk, Excel-based sources, and other applications using Power Query (M) and DAX.
  • Collaborate with business stakeholders in each department to improve reporting usability and accuracy.
  • Maintain report refreshes, data pipelines, and shared datasets across multiple workspaces.
  • Provide second-line support for Power BI issues escalated by junior BIS team members.
Required Skills and Qualifications
  • At least 3 years of experience with Power BI development and support.
  • Ability to collaborate across technical and non-technical teams.
  • Experience integrating data from ERP systems (preferably SaaS), HR/Payroll, and OData/ODBC feeds.
  • Strong skills in DAX, Power Query, and Power BI data modeling.
  • Solid understanding of financial reporting and payroll/HR data structures.
