As a Software Engineer, you will be part of an exciting team working with various technologies to build a web application with automation integration. You will contribute to solving technically complex problems and provide guidance to junior members of the team and other stakeholders as needed.

The role involves working with a distributed global team with multiple stakeholders, understanding technical and infrastructure requirements, process analysis, development of automated workflows, full stack development, unit testing, and successful deployment.

Main Responsibilities:
  • Collaborate with business units, Senior Development Manager, and other teams to understand functional and technical designs for processes identified for application and platform development.
  • Develop APIs and front-end applications.
  • Implement Microservices Architecture and put it into practice for application and platform development.
  • Design, develop, and manage public cloud resources.
  • Provide architectural input over solution designs to ensure consistency and continuity across the company's IT infrastructure and delivery team.
  • Design reusable components, frameworks, and libraries.
  • Evaluate the quality of coded components by using best practices.
  • Adhere to and enforce design and coding standards, policies, and procedures.
  • Participate in Agile/Scrum methodology to deliver high-quality software releases through Sprints.
  • Communicate identified project risks and issues to the delivery/project manager and provide inputs to the change control process.
  • Support Operational Teams during UAT and rollout phases.
  • Train and mentor other developers within the team on development and delivery disciplines.
  • Develop team standards and best practices while keeping up-to-date with industry standards and technology changes to build robust systems that accommodate industry requirements and business needs.
