Install Solar Panels and Ensure Customer Satisfaction

We are seeking skilled professionals to join our team as Solar PV Installers. As a key member of our installations team, you will be responsible for installing Solar Panels on residential homes to the highest standards. Your primary objective will be to ensure customer satisfaction by meeting deadlines and engaging with customers throughout the installation process.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Installation: Install Solar Panels on residential homes in accordance with industry standards and best practices.
  • Customer Engagement: Provide information and advice to customers regarding work being undertaken, ensuring they feel informed and supported throughout the process.
  • Project Management: Work closely with colleagues to ensure projects are completed on time, within budget, and to the required standard.

A minimum of 3 years' experience as a Roofer or Cladding/Industrial glazing experience is required, along with previous solar experience. Excellent organisational and planning skills, combined with a positive attitude towards dealing with customers, are essential for this role.

Training will be provided for 6 weeks. The ideal candidate must be able to complete all physical requirements of the job with or without reasonable accommodation. Up to date knowledge of Health and Safety legislation and control Health and Safety aspects on site is crucial.
