This role is ideal for someone who is customer-focused, efficient and detail-oriented. We are looking for a friendly and reliable individual to join our team.

Key Responsibilities
  • Manage student-related queries and correspondence in a timely manner.
  • Provide regular updates to the management team on performance and progress.
  • Maintain our marketing materials, ensuring they are up-to-date and ready for site tours.
  • Make appointments and assist with viewings of our Marketing Suite.
  • Participate in face-to-face marketing activities such as student fairs and experience programs.
  • Inspect flats, rooms and kitchens during the turnaround period.
  • Assist with the summer turnaround period, including resident check-outs and check-ins.
  • Prepare welcome packs and documentation for new residents.
  • Improve and update office information systems.
