Key Responsibilities:
  • Personalize Customer Interactions: Uphold store standards by modeling exemplary behaviors, redirecting associate actions to meet store goals and performance metrics.
  • Maintain a positive atmosphere for customers by adhering to daily routine tasks including cleaning, recovery, and upkeep of the store environment.
  • Analyze daily communication, assign tasks, and ensure necessary actions are taken throughout the day.
Commit to Excellence
  • Meet performance-based targets by reviewing progress, understanding, and effectively communicating daily accomplishments. Develop the ability to convey business trends to leadership.
  • Complete processes related to audits, donations, transfers, mismates, damages, etc., as requested.
  • Closely collaborate with the store leadership team to comprehend and follow all policy and procedures.
Infuse Fun and Energy into Work
  • Recognize associates using our company's recognition tools.
  • Support the team by training and coaching associates.
  • Perform additional duties assigned by the Store Manager or other leaders.
