Customer Service Representative Opportunity

We are seeking a highly skilled Customer Service Representative to join our team in North Dublin. This is an exciting opportunity to deliver exceptional customer experiences and be part of an award-winning team that prioritizes support.

The ideal candidate will have proven experience in dealing with customer queries, excellent communication skills, and the ability to remain calm under pressure. They will also possess strong problem-solving skills, be well-organised, and have excellent attention to detail.

This role requires someone who can process customer sales orders efficiently, manage backorders to strict deadlines, and handle all customer queries to the required standard. Additionally, the successful candidate will support the customer service, technical support, and showroom teams as needed, promote products, and offer alternatives that benefit customers.

The chosen candidate will maintain excellent customer relationships, build product knowledge, and ensure effective communication with all departments. They will also liaise closely with the warehouse and finance teams.

To be successful in this role, you will need:

  • Proven experience in dealing with customer queries to the point of resolution.
  • Excellent customer-facing, telephone, and electronic communication skills.
  • Proven ability to solve problems and remain calm under pressure.
  • Well-organised and excellent attention to detail.
