Customer Experience Champion
">Job Description:We are seeking an exceptional professional to take ownership of delivering outstanding customer experiences, driving attraction expectations and providing top-notch support services.
">Key Responsibilities:- ">
- To delight customers by consistently meeting or exceeding their expectations through proactive service delivery and timely communication">
- Manage a portfolio of subscription customers to provide an end-to-end service from onboarding to subscription review and renewal recommendations">
- To provide an efficient and effective service for customers, ensuring seamless interactions and timely resolutions">
- To conduct onboarding meetings to understand clients' requirements, target audience, goals and areas of particular focus">
- To monitor and optimize client subscriptions to achieve recruitment objectives">
- To deliver outstanding customer service by building trusted relationships with the customer base">
- To communicate professionally, timely, informatively and charismatically">
- To administer subscriptions accurately and in a timely manner, including the distribution of roles and collection of print collateral">
- To identify opportunities within the organization to delight customers and drive business growth">
- To report findings and recommendations to stakeholders, complimented with intelligent explanations
- ">

- Incredibly organized with the ability to manage upwards of 50 relationships">
- Confident with reporting and analysis, able to explain data to customers">

- Experience of working in an administrative customer-facing role">
- Knowledge of student and graduate recruitment processes">
- A confident and professional manner with excellent written, phone and conversational skills">
- Basic understanding of website performance data">
- Computer literate – MS Office, CRM systems">
- Proactive, adaptable and a quick learner">
- Focused, conscientious, efficient with excellent time management skills">
- Collaborate with peers and other people inside and outside the business
This is a permanent role with a minimum of 37.5 hours per week between Monday to Friday 9.00am - 5.30pm. There will be a minimum of 3 days per week in our Dublin office. A 3-month probationary period applies.
