Help Deliver Exceptional Customer Experiences

We are seeking a skilled Customer Service Representative to develop strong relationships with customers and deliver exceptional service.
This role involves providing administrative support, delivering excellent customer service, planning and prioritizing workloads, and maintaining policies and procedures.
Key Responsibilities:
- Deliver exceptional customer service through varied and complex enquiries on protection policies from brokers and policyholders.
- Plan and prioritize own workload to achieve deadlines and ensure seamless delivery of services.
- Maintain and improve policies and procedures for service administration tasks.
- Evaluate activities against treating customers fairly principles and consumer protection code standards.
- Record keeping in line with RL policies and procedures.
Required Skills and Qualifications:
- APA or QFA qualified or committed to undertaking QFA exams, with educational support provided by Royal London.
- Experience in processing queries on protection products preferred.
- Previous experience in a customer service role.
- Ability to meet deadlines, manage priorities, communicate effectively, and demonstrate problem-solving skills.
