Job Title: Food & Beverage Supervisor

  • A proven track record of delivering outstanding customer service and meeting or exceeding sales targets.
  • Ability to manage staff training, coaching, and ongoing development to ensure the team has the necessary skills and knowledge to succeed.
  • Familiarity with payroll management and rostering to ensure efficient use of resources.

The successful candidate will be responsible for supporting the management team in the effective day-to-day running of the food and beverage department. Key responsibilities include overseeing service delivery to ensure high standards and guest satisfaction at all times, maximizing sales opportunities, and promoting a strong selling culture within the team.

Requirements:

  • Minimum 23 years experience as a supervisor or senior food and beverage assistant, ideally within a 4-star hotel or similar standard property.
  • Leadership qualities with the ability to motivate and guide a team.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills with the ability to work effectively in a fast-paced environment.
  • A proven track record in delivering outstanding customer service.
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment while maintaining attention to detail.
