Food and Beverage Supervisor Position

We are currently seeking an experienced Food & Beverage Supervisor to fill a role at our esteemed establishment.

Job Summary:

The ideal candidate will be responsible for managing the daily operations of our food and beverage department, ensuring high standards of service and customer satisfaction. Key responsibilities include working closely with management to optimize departmental performance, assisting in the management of food operations as necessary, maximizing sales opportunities through effective promotions, maintaining strict hygiene and cleanliness standards, and supporting staff training and development within the team.

Responsibilities:

  • Manage the day-to-day activities of the food and beverage department, operating to achieve the highest standards of quality, efficiency, and profitability.
  • Work collaboratively with management to ensure seamless operation and optimal performance of the department.
  • Develop and implement strategies to maximize sales and revenue growth, focusing on promotional initiatives that enhance the overall guest experience.
  • Maintain rigorous adherence to hygiene and cleanliness standards, ensuring a safe and healthy environment for both staff and guests.
  • Provide guidance and support to team members, promoting their development and growth within the organization.
  • Monitor and manage rosters and payroll costs effectively, ensuring efficient deployment of resources.

Requirements:

  • At least 2-3 years of experience in a similar role within the hospitality industry.
  • Excellent communication, interpersonal, and organizational skills.
  • Strong focus on delivering exceptional customer service and fostering a positive guest experience.
  • Able to lead and motivate a team effectively, driving high levels of service and performance.
