Job Overview

We are seeking a highly skilled Food and Beverage Operations Manager to lead the smooth operation of our bar and dining establishments.

This key role will involve overseeing daily operations, managing staff, and maintaining high standards of service to deliver exceptional guest experiences.

Responsibilities
  • Manage the day-to-day activities of food and beverage outlets, including restaurants, bars, and banquet facilities.
  • Supervise and coordinate the work of team members to ensure adherence to company policies and procedures.
  • Collaborate with other departments to develop strategies for improving food and beverage offerings and driving revenue.
  • Maintain accurate inventory records and control costs to maximise profitability.
  • Ensure compliance with health and safety regulations to maintain a clean and hygienic environment.
  • Cultivate strong relationships with guests, handling inquiries, concerns, and complaints in a professional and timely manner.
  • Plan and execute special events, promotions, and activities to enhance the overall guest experience.
Requirements
  • Previous experience as a supervisor or manager in the food and beverage industry.
  • Strong leadership and communication skills, with the ability to motivate and inspire team members.
  • Excellent customer service skills, with a passion for delivering memorable dining experiences.
  • Ability to manage resources effectively, control costs, and drive revenue growth.
  • Flexibility to work various shifts, including weekends and holidays.
