As part of our ongoing efforts, we seek a Clinical Research Registrar-Gastroenterology "TOGAS" Study professional for our Hospital in Dublin, Ireland. Primary responsibilities will involve overseeing project hiring, developing engaging strategies to connect with target audiences, designing screening and consent procedures, and efficiently managing data.
The ideal candidate will contribute to the clinical and operational management of the TOGAS study, upholding patient safety, good clinical practice, and best practice recommendations.
The position involves observing research protocols and SOPs related to all TOGAS research initiatives. It is essential to maintain patient confidentiality and respect their dignity according to the Data Protection Act and the Health Research Regulations.
The selected individual must also keep clinical research documentation current, encompassing site files, case record forms, monitoring agreements, data collection, and data correction.
In addition, the candidate will support the development of the TOGAS's ethical and regulatory processes, including submissions and answering questions.
Candidates must have an MB BCh or internationally recognized medical degree and be registered with the IMC. A minimum score of 7 on the International English Language Testing System is required.
Prior experience in research areas like patient recruitment, consent, data collection, analysis, and distribution is beneficial. Familiarity with research budgets and financing can be advantageous.
