Job Title: Supply Chain Liaison

About the Role

We are seeking an experienced and detail-oriented professional to join our supply chain team as a liaison between customers and suppliers.

  • Build and maintain strong relationships with customers and suppliers, ensuring seamless communication and efficient information flow.
  • Manage customer and supplier correspondence, including orders, order confirmations, shipping details, and invoicing.
  • Coordinate logistics with contract manufacturers and toller plant sites, adhering to specific country requirements.
  • Ensure timely and accurate invoicing to customers.
  • Maintain organized order files and up-to-date working procedures for customers.
  • Manage shopping carts and service POs, replenishment, and sales forecasting.
  • Provide support during supply interruptions, returns, recalls, and allocation.
  • Comply with internal and external controls, GMP/GDP regulations, and HSE policies.
Requirements
  • Bachelor's degree in a relevant field or equivalent experience.
  • Procurement/Supply Chain/Logistics qualifications, such as IIPMM or APICS, with relevant experience.
  • Supply Chain, Customer Service, Logistics, Compliance, or Operational experience.
  • Fluent English language skills; foreign languages may be an advantage.
  • Proficient computer-based skills, particularly SAP or similar applications and MS Office applications.
  • Able to work collaboratively within a team and independently.

Pharma contract manufacturing and/or toll manufacturing experience is desirable. Background in GMP/GDP compliance environments and multi-national environments are also advantageous.
