We are seeking a highly motivated and experienced Financial Sales Advisor to join our team. This is a dynamic and fast-paced office-based environment where you will thrive in a structured team setting and deliver exceptional client service.

Key Responsibilities
  • Provide high-quality financial advice to prospective and existing clients via phone and email, ensuring compliance with all regulations.
  • Manage and progress applications in a timely and efficient manner, maintaining accurate records using CRM systems and internal platforms.
  • Identify cross-selling opportunities in areas such as Mortgage, life insurance, pensions, and savings, providing training as needed.

This role requires a strong background in financial services, excellent communication and organisational skills, and a focus on delivering commercially successful outcomes.

Candidate Requirements
  • Prior experience within a brokerage or sales-oriented environment is ideal; alternative qualifications will be considered.
  • A proven track record of sales success, strong interpersonal and negotiation skills, and attention to detail are essential.
  • Familiarity with CRM systems and internal platforms is required, with the ability to work independently and collaboratively as part of a team.

This permanent, full-time opportunity offers a Monday to Friday schedule and an uncapped commission structure, providing significant earning potential and room for growth and development.
