**Job Title:** Senior Financial Services LeaderWe are seeking an experienced Branch Manager to lead our team. The ideal candidate will have a strong track record in financial services leadership and be able to balance strategic ambition with operational excellence.Key Responsibilities:
  • Lead, coach, and manage a team of professionals to deliver high performance.
  • Take ownership of business development, lead generation, and cross-selling to drive revenue growth.
  • Ensure every interaction reflects our commitment to outstanding personal and business banking service.
  • Oversee day-to-day branch operations to ensure efficiency and regulatory alignment.
  • Maintain a strong risk and control culture within the branch.
Requirements:
  • Full QFA Qualification with all CPD requirements up to date.
  • Established Branch Leadership Experience ideally with several years at Branch Manager or Deputy Manager level within retail financial services.
  • Strong Commercial Acumen with a proven ability to deliver sales targets through both personal initiative and team leadership.
  • People Leadership Skills including coaching, performance management, and staff development.
  • Customer-First Mindset with excellent relationship-building and problem-solving capabilities.
  • Commitment to Compliance with a sound understanding of the regulatory landscape and strong risk management discipline.
