Relationship Director Job Description

We are seeking a seasoned Relationship Director to join our team. As a trusted advisor, you will serve high-net-worth individuals and families, family offices, pension funds, and institutional clients.

Your key responsibilities will include:

  • Developing and managing a portfolio of high-net-worth clients
  • Winning new business and expanding relationships
  • Providing comprehensive financial advice across investments, banking, trust & estate planning, and wealth structuring

To ensure success in this role, you must have substantial experience working with HNW, UHNW, and family office clients. A strong background in business development and client acquisition is also essential.

The ideal candidate will possess a graduate degree in business, economics, or a related discipline, as well as a professional qualification. Strong strategic thinking, analytical ability, and adaptability to regulatory and technological shifts are required.

This role demands exceptional communication, negotiation, and relationship management skills, as well as the ability to provide financial advice and services in a discreet and confidential manner.
