Electrical Site Leadership Opportunity

We are seeking a seasoned Electrical Site Manager to oversee electrical site operations across diverse projects in Cork, Ireland.

  • Lead all on-site electrical activities from commencement to demobilisation.
  • Collaborate with the Project Manager to develop planning strategies and site setup.
  • Review and endorse method statements, risk assessments, and drawings.
  • Manage subcontractors, workforce allocation, and equipment deliveries.
  • Maintain site records and chair site meetings.
  • Conduct safety briefings, toolbox talks, and perform EHS/QA audits.
Essential Skills and Qualifications:
  • Qualified electrical apprenticeship or trade certification with 5+ years of site management experience.
  • Experience managing electrical projects over €5M.
  • Strong communication, planning, and leadership abilities.
  • Preferred: IOSH, NEBOSH, or environmental management certifications.
  • Proficiency in construction programmes and subcontractor coordination.
