Job Overview

We are seeking a highly experienced Senior Estimator to join our client's team. The successful candidate will be responsible for calculating the anticipated cost of projects, managing tender documents, and developing risk schedules.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Calculate project costs and develop risk schedules
  • Manage tender documents and ensure timely submission
  • Develop and assess opportunity assessments
  • Produce clear nett costings and identify risks
Requirements:
  • Degree qualified in construction field (Engineering, Quantity Surveying or Construction Technology)
  • 6+ years' experience in estimating or quantity surveying role
  • Strong analytical and numeracy skills
  • Computer literate in Microsoft Office
  • Knowledge of construction technology processes and materials
