Job Description

Maxi Zoo is a leading pet retailer with over 30 shops in Ireland. We strive to make the life of pets and pet owners simpler, better and happier. To achieve this, we work hard, accept responsibility and seek every opportunity to learn about pets and customers.

This role will be based in our Dublin stores and will require flexibility to travel between multiple store locations.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Operational Excellence - Ensure adherence to guidelines and optimise efficiency, streamline processes and drive informed decision-making for enhanced performance.
  • Leadership - Empower team growth and engagement through supportive leadership, training and a culture of trust and respect.
  • Maintenance of excellent customer service and organisational skills.
  • Ensuring animal welfare at all times.

Requirements:

  • Proven experience as a retail Store Manager.
  • Track record in achieving KPIs.
  • Possess powerful leadership skills and business acumen.
  • Demonstrate strong customer service and organisational skills.
  • Show excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
