Finance Professional Opportunity

The ideal candidate will have 3+ years of experience in financial management and be proficient in Microsoft Office, especially Excel. A good relationship builder with strong communication and interpersonal skills is also required. Knowledge of financial systems and processes is advantageous.

This role involves key responsibilities such as financial reporting, banking and reconciliations, tax compliance, and management accounts. The successful candidate will work closely with the finance team to ensure accurate financial information is provided to stakeholders.

About the Role:

  • Financial Reporting: Process customer invoices, take an active role in credit collection, process supplier invoices, and monthly reconciliation of supplier statements.
  • Banking and Reconciliations: Manage and reconcile supplier rebates and incentives, review and approval of all VAT, VIES returns, responsible for journal reviews and balance sheet recs monthly.
  • Tax Compliance: Manage the statutory audit and corporation tax queries, ensure tax compliance within the business entity.
  • Management Accounts: Preparation of monthly management accounts for assigned Business Units, prepare and submit reporting pack to Group Finance function on a timely basis following month end.

Requirements:

  • 3+ years of PQE in financial management
  • Proficient in Microsoft Office, especially Excel
  • Good relationship builder with strong communication and interpersonal skills
  • Knowledge of financial systems and processes is advantageous
