Job Title: Compliance Program Manager

We are seeking a seasoned professional to lead our ongoing oversight and programmatic compliance efforts. As Compliance Program Manager, you will ensure that our company maintains robust governance and meets all its legal and regulatory requirements.

Responsibilities:

  • Monitor, oversee, and manage compliance with internal and external audits, documentation, and reporting.
  • Oversee periodic testing and program evaluations, ensuring consistency with our obligations.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure new product launches and updates undergo appropriate reviews and documentation.
  • Document and test controls, training, governance, and internal escalation protocols related to our compliance commitments.

Qualifications:

  • Bachelor's degree or equivalent practical experience.
  • J.D., CIPP/US, or other privacy or compliance certification.
  • At least 4 years of experience in compliance, risk management, investigation, auditing, legal, or consulting.

Preferred Qualifications:

  • Experience organizing data and applying business context to improve processes or operations.
  • Experience with technical systems (e.g., APIs, databases, cloud environments).
  • Ability to analyze inputs, derive insights in ambiguous situations, and develop recommendations and outcomes.
