Job Title: Governance Senior Lead - Onshore PMO

The Role

  • Coordinating regulatory planning and meetings to ensure timely completion of tasks
  • Managing project schedules and ensuring stakeholders receive regular updates on project progress and strategic objectives

Our Team

Our Project Management Office (PMO) leads three main roles within the organisation: Regulatory and Compliance Reporting, Business Operations and Governance, and Commercial Intelligence. The team sets policies and standards for existing processes across the business and monitors compliance.

Our team prepares reports on schedule and financial information and provides results related to strategic objectives for key stakeholders.

Required Skills and Qualifications

  • A relevant degree or equivalent experience
  • Excellent interpersonal, analytical, and communication skills
  • A good understanding of risk management methodology and governance
  • Strong time management and organisational skills, with the ability to work independently
  • Familiarity with software packages such as Outlook, Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Teams, SharePoint, etc.
  • Ability to collaborate and work effectively with others to achieve desired outcomes aligned with strategic objectives
