Job Opportunity:

Duty Manager

This is a challenging role where the successful candidate will be responsible for overseeing daily operations, managing staff performance and implementing marketing strategies to achieve team goals.

  • Main Responsibilities:
  • Manage staff performance and conduct regular performance reviews
  • Implement effective marketing and sales strategies to drive business growth
  • Motivate and lead the team in a professional manner
  • Develop and maintain strong relationships between departments for operational excellence
  • Delegate tasks and responsibilities to team members

In addition to these key responsibilities, the Duty Manager may also be required to manage duty shifts and control staffing levels.

Requirements:

  • Proven experience in a similar environment, preferably within the Food and Beverage industry
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build strong relationships with colleagues and customers
  • Strong organizational and time management skills, with the ability to prioritize tasks and meet deadlines
  • Flexibility and adaptability in a fast-paced environment, with a willingness to learn and develop new skills
