Care Team Lead

About this Role:
We are seeking an experienced individual to lead a dynamic team in providing high-quality care to vulnerable young people within a residential service.
- A recognised Level 8 Social Care qualification
- In cases where level 7 Social Care has been achieved, this must be accompanied with a qualification in management
- Five years direct experience of working in residential childcare, and/or managing services to vulnerable children and young people
- Excellent communication and report writing skills
- Proficient IT skills and understanding of utilising word, adobe, excel etc.
- A full clean drivers licence which has been held for more than one year
The ideal candidate will have a passion for delivering high-quality care to children and young people. They will be responsible for leading the team, ensuring that all residents receive the best possible care and support.
Main Responsibilities:
- To provide guidance and leadership to the team
- To ensure that all residents receive high-quality care and support
- To manage the day-to-day operations of the service
- To maintain accurate records and reports
- To develop and implement policies and procedures
