Job Title: Lead Care Manager

Job Description:

We are seeking an experienced and skilled Lead Care Manager to oversee the delivery of high-quality care services to our clients. As a key member of our team, you will be responsible for ensuring that all care services meet the highest standards of quality, safety, and effectiveness.

Responsibilities:
  • Provide leadership and guidance to care staff to ensure that they have the necessary skills and knowledge to deliver excellent care services.
  • Develop and implement care plans that meet the individual needs of each client, taking into account their unique requirements and preferences.
  • Monitor and evaluate the quality of care services provided, making recommendations for improvement as needed.
  • Collaborate with other healthcare professionals to ensure that clients receive comprehensive and coordinated care.
Requirements:
  • A minimum of 3 years of experience in a managerial role within a social care setting.
  • A professional degree (min level 7) in Social Care or relevant qualification.
  • Experience in managing residential services, including budgeting and financial management.
  • Level 6 management qualification.
  • Full driving license and access to own transport.
  • Working knowledge of legislation and HIQA standards of care.
