Job Overview

We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced professional to lead our residential services team.

  • Manage the delivery of care services in accordance with Department of Health Regulations and HIQA Standards.
  • Supervise and train staff members to provide exceptional support to individuals with autism and other needs.
  • Maintain accurate records and reports as required by regulatory bodies.

You will be responsible for:

  • A minimum of 3 years of managerial experience within a Social Care Setting.
  • A professional degree (min level 7) in Social Care or relevant qualification.
  • Experience in managing residential services.
  • Level 6 management qualification.
  • Full driving license and access to own transport.
  • Working knowledge of legislation and HIQA standards of care.
Skill Requirements
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Ability to work under pressure and manage conflicting priorities.
  • Strong leadership and team management skills.
  • Knowledge of disability services and policies.
