Job Opportunity: Lead Creative Campaigns

The role of the Creative Success Lead is a key position within Global Creative, reporting directly to the Head of Creative Success. This position oversees strategic campaign management and project team coordination, developing and pitching creative concepts alongside teams.

This includes collaboration with stakeholders and creative teams to drive projects from brief to delivery, managing project timelines, deliverables, and stakeholder communications. Additionally, this role involves mentoring and developing team members, as well as supporting brand consistency and quality assurance initiatives.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Develop and execute campaign strategies in partnership with marketing teams
  • Manage project resources and prioritize tasks effectively
  • Mentor junior team members and provide performance feedback
  • Ensure high-quality outputs and maintain brand standards
Requirements:
  • Minimum 4 years of experience in project/account management
  • Proven track record in leading creative campaigns
  • Excellent communication and presentation skills
  • Able to work independently and as part of a team
