Position: Mobile Maintenance Technician with Interact

Location: Leinster (Travel required)

Hourly Wage: €22

About The Role

To provide a multi-disciplined general maintenance service as part of the current maintenance team primarily focusing on planned, preventative and reactive maintenance and repair of commercial buildings and grounds.

Key Responsibilities
  • Complete multi-disciplined types of maintenance such as basic checks on plant, plumbing, plastering, carpentry & painting;
  • Work effectively as part of the Building Fabric Mobile Team and overall Operations Team;
  • Be proactive in the role and highlight any requirements needed to complete all assigned tasks;
  • Undertake other duties as might be reasonably assigned from time to time in consultation with the Operations Manager;
  • Willing and able to drive company vehicle; a full driving licence is required for scheduled repairs, emergency reactive works when required;
  • Vigilant to any Health, Safety & Welfare risks in the workplace and bring concerns to the attention of your Operations Manager and Health & Safety Manager;
  • Participate in relevant training and development courses as agreed with your Manager.
Essential Criteria
  • Extensive, provable, multi trade building/maintenance experience;
  • Ability to work on own initiative both alone and as a member of a team;
  • Full, clean driving licence;
  • Excellent customer service and interpersonal skills;
  • Flexible and innovative approach;
  • Commitment to providing the highest quality service; On-site safety awareness.
