This position is responsible for performing routine and periodic general maintenance, repair, and upkeep of government-owned facilities and associated systems.
- Perform building inspections and on-demand repairs.
- Install and repair interior walls, tile, carpet, and coverings made of various materials.
- Assist and perform other maintenance duties in coordination with other functional areas as needed.
Required skills and qualifications include:
- A documented disability certified by a physician licensed in the State of California.
- Pass a government security clearance and subsequent criminal background checks.
- Three to five years of experience working in a facility maintenance operation.
- Possess basic knowledge of HVAC, Plumbing, Carpentry, and Electrical.
