Job Title: Maintenance Specialist

We are seeking a skilled and motivated Maintenance Specialist to join our team.

About the Role

This is an exciting opportunity for a proactive individual to support the maintenance of our facilities, ensuring they remain safe, functional, and well-maintained.

The successful candidate will work independently across multiple sites, performing a range of tasks including:

  • Maintaining buildings, grounds, equipment, and fittings to a high standard.
  • Preventing damage to company assets and equipment.
  • Carrying out upkeep and touch-up of paintwork as needed.
  • Identifying and reporting hazards that could pose a risk to health, safety, or welfare.
  • Ensuring facilities are kept in a safe, secure, and operational condition.
Requirements

To be successful in this role, you will require:

  • Proven experience in a maintenance or facilities role.
  • General DIY and repair skills.
  • A clean driver's license and access to own transport (van preferred).
  • A basic understanding of Health & Safety obligations.
