Job Title: Machine Maintenance Specialist

Maintaining and repairing machines is crucial for optimal performance in a dynamic production environment.

Key Responsibilities:
  • The Machine Maintenance Specialist will collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure seamless machine operation.
  • They will receive, inspect, and document incoming parts and supplies.
  • Inventory levels will be closely monitored, and accurate records maintained.
  • The specialist will analyze customer KPIs to identify machine performance issues and implement corrective solutions.
  • Regular training courses will be completed, and knowledge of packaging designs developed.
  • High-quality maintenance and technical support will be provided to customers.
  • Preventive maintenance on equipment and accessories will be performed regularly.
  • New equipment installations and customer personnel training will be carried out.
Requirements:
  • Proven experience in parts and inventory management is essential.
  • Proficiency in using inventory management software and tools is required.
  • Excellent customer service skills and basic Excel and Word skills are necessary.
  • Knowledge of Windows platforms and advanced mechanical skills is desired.
  • The ability to learn troubleshooting and problem-solving procedures and lift up to 50 lbs is a must.
  • Independent judgment with little or no direct supervision and effective communication skills are expected.
  • A clean driving record with a valid driver's license and associate degree or vocational technical training is highly desirable.
Working Environment:
  • The Machine Maintenance Specialist will work in a production facility, warehouse, or manufacturing environment.
  • Effective communication with others to exchange information and move around different positions to accomplish tasks is essential.
  • Conveyance within and around various work sites, and remaining in a stationary position for prolonged periods, will be required.
