We are looking for a skilled professional to fill the role of Mould Maintenance Specialist. This position is part of our Operations team and requires someone with expertise in maintaining and repairing moulds.

Key Responsibilities
  • Investigate and diagnose major tooling issues, implementing corrective actions to prevent future problems.
  • Develop and manufacture jigs and fixtures to support mould maintenance, ensuring efficient equipment operation.
  • Gather critical information on tooling performance, contributing to the development of reports and data analysis.
  • Identify opportunities for continuous improvement in tooling design and manufacturing processes.
  • Collaborate with the Toolroom Supervisor to escalate any issues that may impact production.
Required Skills and Qualifications
  • Holding a recognised toolmaking qualification with at least 3 years' experience, preferably with a background in producing injection moulds.
  • Demonstrating excellent machining knowledge and skills, including proficiency in various machinery and tools.
  • Previous experience in a mould maintenance environment supporting high-volume manufacturing operations.
