Job Opportunity

We are seeking a highly skilled Toolroom Maintenance Specialist to join our team. In this role, you will be responsible for supporting the cleaning, maintenance, and repair of all molds under the supervision of the Toolroom Supervisor.

Key Responsibilities
  • Collaborate with the Toolmaker in maintaining injection molds and equipment to ensure optimal performance.
  • Identify areas for improvement in mold maintenance procedures and implement changes to enhance efficiency.
  • Work closely with the Toolmaker and Production Group leaders to troubleshoot mold problems and resolve customer-related issues.
Requirements
  • Demonstrated mechanical aptitude, good verbal reasoning, and numerate ability skills.
  • Excellent communication skills, both written and oral, with the ability to effectively convey complex information.
  • Strong organizational skills with the capacity to work in a fast-paced environment.
  • Able to work collaboratively as part of a team and contribute to a positive work culture.
  • Basic knowledge and understanding of computer systems.
Preferred Qualifications
  • Experience maintaining injection moulds or other mechanical manufacturing equipment.
  • A solid understanding of the injection molding process and its associated complexities.
  • Familiarity with hydraulics and pneumatics.
  • A proven track record of working in high-volume production environments.
  • Knowledge of Good Manufacturing Practices (GMP) requirements.
