Are you an experienced maintenance professional seeking a challenging role in the food sector? We are currently looking for a skilled Maintenance Supervisor to join our team.

The successful candidate will be responsible for supporting the maintenance manager, coordinating and supervising team activities, and ensuring the smooth operation of our factory.

">

Key Responsibilities:

">

• Mechanical repairs to a wide range of equipment & processes

">

• Identify and carry out preventative maintenance outside formal maintenance programs

">

• Fully responsible for technical support requirements for production lines and their supporting processes

">

• Use knowledge and available materials to ensure production downtime is kept to an absolute minimum

">

• Working with other maintenance operatives in a team roll

">

• Setting up and changing over machines for different products

">

• General facility maintenance

">

Requirements:

">

• Degree or Equivalent qualification with strong aptitude and wide-ranging mechanical skills

">

• Ability to read mechanical schematic drawings

">

• Ability to use multi meter and troubleshoot electrical faults

">

• Good understanding of automation and an automated environment: comfortable with modern equipment control interfaces

">

• Experience working in a manufacturing environment, food ideally

">

• Ability to work within a team but also must be able to work with autonomy

">

• Highly motivated with proven ability to work on own initiative

">
