Job Title:

Service Repair Specialist

This position involves working on-site at customer locations, providing high-level service through machine servicing, cleaning, and repair.

  • Deliver exceptional service by attending to customer needs, performing repairs, and collecting waste.
  • Respond promptly to customer breakdowns and resolve issues efficiently.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Visit 9-11 customer sites daily for maintenance and repair services.
  • Utilize hand-held devices and CRM software to manage workloads and track progress.

Requirements:

  • A valid UK driving license is required.
  • Class 2 License preferred.
  • Experience in the waste industry is not necessary; comprehensive training will be provided.
  • Ability to develop mechanical engineering and repair skills.
