Maintenance Professional Role

We seek a skilled Maintenance Professional to perform daily maintenance and repairs in our facilities. The successful candidate will be responsible for ensuring the safety, functionality, and aesthetic appeal of our buildings.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Carry out routine preventative maintenance tasks, including painting, masonry, carpentry, and minor repairs.
  • Collaborate with colleagues to deliver day-to-day maintenance services across multiple sites.
  • Conduct regular safety inspections, including checks on emergency lighting, fire alarms, and firefighting equipment.
  • Identify and troubleshoot maintenance issues, coordinating prompt repair to minimize service disruption.
  • Liaise with external contractors as needed.
  • Promote a safe and well-maintained environment across all facilities.

Required Skills and Qualifications:

  • Proven experience in general maintenance, preferably in a healthcare or similar setting.
  • Ability to work independently and manage varied maintenance challenges.
  • Knowledge of health and safety standards and best practices.
