Facilities Maintenance and Painting Expert

Are you a skilled painter with a passion for maintenance? Do you have what it takes to ensure that all facilities are maintained to the highest standard?
As a Painter and Maintenance Specialist, you will be responsible for ensuring that all areas of the hotel are painted regularly and that all facilities are well-maintained. You will work closely with other departments to ensure that all guest requests are attended to efficiently.
Some of your key responsibilities will include:
- Painting and decorating hotel rooms and public areas
- Maintaining all facilities to the highest standard
- Carrying out daily inspections to identify maintenance requirements
- Liaising with other departments to ensure that all guest requests are met
Requirements:
To be successful in this role, you will need to have at least 2 years' experience in a similar position and hold a Safe Pass certification. You will also need to be able to work independently and as part of a team, and be able to prioritize tasks effectively.
