We are seeking a skilled Maintenance Technician to join our team. This is an exciting opportunity for a motivated individual to contribute to maintaining the highest standards of facilities and ensure exceptional guest experiences.

The ideal candidate will have a strong attention to detail, excellent communication skills, and be knowledgeable about menu updates, hotel promotions, and corporate promotions. They will also be able to prioritize and complete jobs according to departmental standards and maintain stocks to required levels.

Responsibilities:
  1. To ensure all facilities are maintained to the highest standard and areas are painted regularly.
  2. To carry out duties in line with departmental Standards Manual, providing excellent communication and customer service skills.
  3. To be knowledgeable about menu updates, hotel promotions, and corporate promotions.
  4. To liaise with other departments to efficiently attend to guest requests.
  5. To rectify any maintenance issues daily and monitor costs for energy savings.
  6. To conduct regular hotel inspections to identify maintenance requirements and ensure guest safety.
  7. To maintain equipment in clean working condition, use and store hazardous substances safely, and wear protective clothing as per safety procedures.
Requirements:
  • Minimum 2 years experience in a related field.
  • Attention to detail and strong organizational skills.
  • Safe Pass certification or equivalent.
