Job Title: Sourcing Specialist/Manager
Key Responsibilities- Conduct thorough research to identify potential suppliers and capture relevant data on their capabilities, pricing, and compliance with quality standards.
- Assist in evaluating supplier proposals and conducting due diligence to ensure alignment with our requirements.
- Prepare and manage sourcing documentation such as RFP documents.
- Analyse supplier RFP responses and compile comparison reports to support informed decision-making.
- Support the negotiation and drafting of supplier contracts and ensure they are accurately detailed and maintained in our procurement system.
- Assist in managing day-to-day supplier interactions and resolving any issues that arise.
- Maintain up-to-date records of supplier contact information and performance metrics.
- Significant experience working within procurement, sourcing or supply chain management ideally within a financial services sector environment.
- Knowledge of engaging with suppliers, managing communications, and resolving issues effectively.
- A deep understanding of sourcing regulatory requirements and compliance issues with experience of procurement software and tools.
