Sensori Facilities Management Ltd is seeking a skilled Maintenance and Services Director to lead our Maintenance Division. This is an exciting opportunity for a proactive professional who thrives in a dynamic environment.

About the Role

The successful candidate will oversee all aspects of key client accounts in the healthcare sector, delivering high-quality maintenance and services that meet Service Level Agreements (SLAs). As a Maintenance and Services Director, you will be responsible for managing a small portfolio of healthcare contracts, ensuring seamless operation and exceeding client expectations.

You will lead the delivery of maintenance and services, effectively managing teams of direct technicians, subcontractors, and service lines. Your strong financial management skills will ensure P&L accountability for the contracts portfolio, upholding confidentiality and integrity when handling financial data.

We are seeking someone with in-depth knowledge of contract terms, scope, and format. A trade background would be highly desirable, with a minimum of 5 years' experience working within the Construction/M&E industry. You will also have a strong understanding of HTM's, SLA's, SOP's, HIQA requirements, and experience working in the healthcare sector.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Lead the delivery of maintenance and services across a small healthcare contract portfolio, always ensuring outstanding service delivery and exceeding client expectations.
  • Demonstrate in-depth knowledge of contract terms, scope, and format.
  • Effectively manage maintenance and services within the portfolio, ensuring seamless operation.
  • Implement performance management strategies, oversee teams of direct technicians, subcontractors, and service lines, and provide comprehensive performance reports.
  • Exercise strong financial management practices to include full P&L accountability for the contracts portfolio and uphold confidentiality and integrity when handling financial data.
