Business Process Expert

We are seeking a detail-oriented Business Process Expert to plan, coordinate and direct the management system for compliance with ISO 9001:2015 standards.

Job Description
  • The ideal candidate will ensure that processes needed for quality management are implemented and maintained through managing internal and external audits.
  • Assist in the development of training programs for management teams to enhance understanding of quality goals.
  • Develop reports and communicate feedback on quality assurance objectives.
Responsibilities
  • Plan, coordinate, and direct the management system for compliance with ISO 9001:2015 standards.
  • Ensure that SOPs/WSIs, forms, and management system documents are maintained and updated as required.
  • Responsible for maintaining trade performance qualifications and certification.
  • Assist in developing and delivering training programs for employees.
  • Develop and maintain audit/vetting processes around sub-contractors.
  • Document current state, risks, and process improvement initiatives.
  • Assist in maintaining the Group Corporate & Operation Risk Registers.
Required Skills and Qualifications
  • Bachelor's Degree in Engineering/Science/Business preferred.
  • Minimum 3-5 years of experience in construction and/or manufacturing within Quality Control/Quality Assurance environment.
  • ISO certification experience preferred.
  • Ability to learn new techniques, perform multiple tasks simultaneously and keep accurate records.
  • Detail oriented with strong sense of safety awareness.
  • Excellent oral and written communication skills.
  • High level of proficiency with Microsoft Office programs and Database Management.
  • Demonstrated experience with tools such as Power BI.
