Leisure Centre Attendant

We are seeking a highly skilled Leisure Centre Attendant to join our team. As a key member of our hospitality team, you will be responsible for ensuring the smooth operation of our leisure centre facilities.

The ideal candidate will have previous experience working in a leisure centre or similar setting, with excellent interpersonal skills and the ability to work effectively as part of a team. You will also have strong communication skills, with the ability to provide clear instructions and respond to guest queries in a professional and courteous manner.

  • Maintaining High Standards: You will be responsible for maintaining high standards of cleanliness and upkeep across all leisure centre areas, including indoor facilities, changing rooms, outdoor spaces, and associated areas.
  • Safety and Supervision: You will supervise the leisure centre to ensure that all guests adhere to the rules and health and safety regulations, with a focus on keeping everyone safe.
  • Setup and Supervision: You will assist with the safe setup and supervision of outdoor activities, ensuring that all guests have an enjoyable and secure experience.
  • Guest Support: You will support guests by answering their queries knowledgeably about the hotel and leisure services, promoting a positive and welcoming environment.
  • Promoting a Positive Environment: You will promote a positive, safe, and fun environment for all users of the leisure centre.
