Our Store Team

As a store colleague, you will provide exceptional customer service through a friendly, helpful, and knowledgeable approach.

You will support our store teams by performing early morning stock replenishment tasks outside of normal trading hours.

Your Key Responsibilities

  • Interact with customers and colleagues in a courteous and professional manner.
  • Maintain a clean, tidy, and safe sales floor environment.
  • Unload stock deliveries in a timely and efficient manner.
  • You may be required to undertake additional duties to support other areas of our store.
  • Adhere to our safety procedures and policies at all times.

Ideal Candidate

  • Availability to work evenings, weekends, and bank holidays.
  • Passion for working within a retail team environment.
  • Previous retail experience is advantageous.
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment.
  • Flexible and enthusiastic approach to work.
  • Fluent English communication skills are essential.
